Please open your order IMMEDIATELY. We MUST be notified of damage to any orders within 24 hours of receipt, with TWO clear photos of the damage.
In the case of sack orders, failure to report damage within 24 hours of receipt will mean we will be unable to refund you, as the courier only will only accept damage claims in that time period.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchases, but should you wish to return anything bought from us, you, the customer are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, unless they are damaged.
We will offer a refund to customers if they’ve notified us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods after notification.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
You are entitled to full refund when a product is deemed faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statuary rights.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
