How your postage is calculated:
You can add multiple items to your basket and your shipping price is worked out by their weight. For example, two packets of worming tablets, a lead and a collar may cost the same to deliver as a single large ceramic dog bowl.

Other items, eg bowls, collars, medicines etc are sent via My Hermes or Royal 2nd Class Large Letter and may take 3-5 days. Tablets Packets may be folded flat in order to post, which saves you money.
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from us, stating the items you have ordered.
You will receive another email from us when your item has been dispatched.
Sack orders will receive their tracking number in an email, so please ensure your email address is typed correctly.

Please open your order IMMEDIATELY. We MUST be notified of damage to any orders within 24 hours of receipt, with TWO clear photos of the damage.
In the case of sack orders, failure to report damage within 24 hours of receipt will mean we will be unable to refund you, as the courier only will only accept claims in that time period.
