Wacky Pets may decline all or any part of your order, for any reason, and in which case we will contact you a.s.a.p to let you know.
In these conditions "the company" shall mean Wacky Pets. and "you" shall mean the customer placing an order with the company.
Delivery Terms & conditions
As occasionally there are problems due to either human error, bank holidays, weather or transport - we do our utmost to keep to times stated but it is out of our hands once the goods have left the depot.
When signing for a delivery of cages, self assembly products etc, you, the customer must sign the POD, (proof of delivery note), “received in good condition”, If the packaging is damaged – DO NOT sign for it; however,after receiving your goods, you must inspect them and notify us , "the company" of any damages off the product. You may do this either by e-mail, text to mobile, or telephone the office during trading hours. Failure to do this may result in a rejection of your claim. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The colour accuracy of the colour-way options displayed within the site is dependant on a number of factors and as such; should be seen only as representative. As part of its process of continuous improvement, Wacky Pets reserves the right to alter specifications and colours without notice. Consequently, products available may vary slightly in colour from that shown on the current site.
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Wacky Pets. Wacky Pets must receive payment for the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Payment is not taken until the point of despatch of the goods to you. Once payment has been received, Wacky Pets will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.
Wacky Pets is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. We will inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchases, but should you wish to return anything bought from us, you, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
Returns should be made within 14 days and must be in any sale packaging that it arrived in. Orders returned after the 14 day period may be refused a refund.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
You are entitled to full refund when a product is deemed faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statuary rights.
